On a cold winter morning, in the courtyard of the Trongsar Dzong, monks twirl around to the 'thun-nam' dance, representing wrathful deities. These deities don’t symbolize violence but rather an exacerbated aspect of compassion. Trongsar festival, Bhutan, 2007.
